The Lazy Pelican is graced with high ceilings and tile flooring throughout. This spacious home includes three bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook and great room for entertaining or just relaxing. The furnishings are lovely and very comfortable.

The kitchen boasts a breakfast bar for that quick bite or buffet style for gatherings. You can relax and enjoy your morning tea, eat or just visit at the table in the kitchen nook. A game of cards perhaps? You have great views of the pool and canal from the kitchen, great room, master suite and guest bedroom.

The master bedroom suite features a sliding glass door that lead you out to the lanai and pool area, large walk-in closet, master bath with soaking tub and TV with cable. The queen size bed is adorned with high thread-count linens and decorated with elegance and style. The two other bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home giving your a sense of privacy when you have a house full of guests! Each guest room has a queen size bed with large closets. There is a full bath in this 'wing' of the home.

The Lazy Pelican offers high-speed wireless internet and a phone/fax/copy machine just in case you need to get a little work done while your away. Although, we recommend just leaving it all behind and daydreaming the days away!
The pool is large, south facing, solar heated, screened in, overlooking the wide canal and offers comfortable deck furniture. The dock is oversized and great for fishing. You can even cook your catch on the gas grill that is provided, and enjoy the warm Florida evenings by dining outside.

The Lazy Pelican is located on the wider portion of the direct access canal waterway system of Cape Coral which allows you to boat out to the Gulf with only one bridge to go under. There are some boat rental facilities in Cape Coral that will deliver a boat right to your dock or you can bring your own.

The Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is just 30 hassle-free minutes away in nearby Fort Myers. This is truely the spot for a splendid Florida get-away.

Cape Coral is a lovely city with so much to do! The Lazy Pelican is convenient to many golf courses, cafes, restaurants, charter fishing, shopping, museums, Sun Splash Water Park and Ft. Myers Beach! Take in a show at The Broadway Palm Dinner Theater, visit Thomas Edison and Henry Ford's winter estates,  venture over to Lovers Key State Preserve or test your endurance at Gulf Coast Kayak tours.

Rates are based on a 6 person occupancy. An addiitonal fee will apply for guests over the occupancy. Rates do not include an 11% Florida sales tax or cleaning fee. A $500 damage deposit is also required. Pets are welcome for an additional fee.
